This event is open to all Dane County residents. Bring your old/unused devices (working or not!) and make a positive impact in our community! One week only, Cascade Asset Management will be collecting residential devices for free and everything will be professionally and securely wiped then either reused, resold, or recycled. Any reused or resold devices will support our important digital equity work while keeping hazardous materials out of local landfills. (Collection hours are between 8:00am-3pm ONLY –there is no drop-off outside those times; do not leave things outside those hours.)
– BRING: computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, e-readers, computer monitors & peripherals, household printers, TVs, bluetooth devices, routers, dvd players, video game consoles, boxes of mystery tech cords and more! Business IT Asset Disposal
Cascade Asset Management offers support to DANEnet through large-scale IT asset/tech donations from businesses looking to securely dispose of unused equipment. This partnership helps DANEnet’s Digital Equity Project provide free laptops and basic computer skills classes/clinis to adults and elders from low-income households.
